1. Return Period
   • Customers have the right to request a return within seven (7) calendar daysfrom the date of receiving the order.
   • No specific reason is required for the return request unless the product falls under the non-returnable itemslisted below.
   • The return request must be submitted via email or through the customer’s account on our website within the stated period.

2. Return Conditions

To accept a return request, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged due to installation attempts.
• All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included.
• A proof of purchase(invoice or order number) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products damaged due to incorrect installation by the customer.
• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
• Products that have been used or altered in any way after delivery.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damagedor incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• We will cover all shipping and return costs and offer a full refundor replacement, based on your preference.

5. Return Procedure

To submit a return request:

3. We will respond within 1–2 business daysto confirm the details and provide return instructions.
4. Shipping Fees

• If the return is due to a personal reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsiblefor the return shipping cost.
• If the error is on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we cover all costs.

7. Refund Timeline

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the outcome.
• If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
